The signpost at the western end (Earsham Road) of the Green Lane byway has been replaced with a footpath sign rather than a byway sign. The post at the eastern end on Pound Lane is a byway sign.

SEVERE potholes on High Green Lane, off Middle Road, Denton, 21st March
I have reported this a number of times with no success in getting these fixed. It is a single track road, and it is now impossible to drive around some of them as they are on both sides of the carriageway, which has also collapsed in a couple of places near to the side drains. Please help as it is damaging my car!
