Rubbish with rats, 27th March
Rats breeding in rubbish in the yard of 12 westbourne terrace which are now spreading young rats into the surrounding yards I have seen several in the last 2 hours , the neighbour is vulnerable and he should not have his house invaded by rats caused by a delinquent council tenant , the council have a duty of care and this gas been going on for a year ,

Fly tipping in Kearsley Close is getting out of hand. There's mattresses everywhere. Bed bases, televisions, all sorts of furniture. I've came out to my car today to see someone has dumped a mattress on top of my car.

Cars parking on the speed bump, 24th March
The newly placed speed bumps are great. However cars are parking on the speed bump therefore making it hazardous and hard to see/drive. It takes the traffic to one lane which causes congestion and I have seen a lot of angry drivers over the obstruction. It is an accident waiting to happen. This needs to be double yellow lines
