Dangerous crossroads, 19th April
This crossroad is always high risk based on the speed of cars (often in excess) on the A422. I cannot believe there is no traffic calming given the frequency of accidents (monthly) at this crossroads.

Bad collection of potholes on both sides of the road, either side of The Crossing Cottage. When investigating, please check around this immediate area to save submitting numerous reports.

Bend Radclive, 9th April
Vehicle coming to fast down the hill met another coming around the bend ,due to speed had to take to the grass knocking the sign out of the ground. Traffic calming measures along with a new sign needed.

Large water filled pothole. It was previously 2 smaller holes that have become one large one

The pothole is on the left when going in the direction of Tingewick Mill just past Manor Farm at the entrance into the dield, 4th April
The hole has been repaired a couple of years ago but rainwater constantly collects at this point and it has opened up again. It is quite a deep hole and difficult to avoid

Numerous potholes & road surface deterioration along main street Radclive between A421 roundabout and the river bridge. Most caused by very poor workmanship by Gigaclear contractor. Whole road urgently needs re-surfacing as it is extremely busy road.
