Black BMW abandoned outside on Bourtonville on road for 2 years now, multiple reports to DVLA and fix my street but nothing has been done, 24th April
Reg SC11 NRL. There is a dent on the drivers side and tyres are deflated. The road beneath the car is incredibly green and rotten and the tarmac is degrading. There is no tax, MOT or insurance yet it is on a public road and has not moved in 2 years!! It is SORN but as it is on a public road it is breaking the requirements needed to be SORN. This has been reported by multiple residents but nothing is being done. Its run down condition is of huge concern, is attracting undesirable attention and is unsightly.

29 Primrose Way - Tree Subsidence, 24th April
With reference to the original fixmystreet no. 4766288 regarding overgrown trees encroaching upon our garden and house, where you can see how much these trees can grow, it is clear that these trees cannot be left to keep growing inches away from the side of the house and back garden. Although the area technician Simon Scullion had tree surgeons cut the trees to 6 feet in height, this is not sufficiently resolved as the tree roots pose a threat of subsidence to the property which is made evident by the raised back garden patio slabs and the cracks inside on our living room and bedroom wall. What’s more is the damage to the brickwork on the side of the house where the cement has eroded and now requires re-filling as a consequence of the trees over growing which are impossible to maintain sufficiently. I propose that the trees all along the back garden and the house are killed completely/removed at the root. Due to the trees now reacting from being cut back, there are many shoots growing up through the ground as they are trying to survive, so there will be many more trees growing there than there was before. As a result we will have ten times the problem in two years time than we have now unless drastic action is taken immediately. This is an urgent issue that will be catastrophic if not attended to in time to prevent further growth and damage. I have spoken with Bethanie Dowden (Buckingham Town Council Administrator) who is aware of this situation as is the estate manager who advised to raise this ticket for the attention of Simon Scullion to obtain permission to see that this issue is resolved swiftly. Bethanie has also passed me the email for Trees and Parks department and contacts there Neil and Ryan who I will email with additional pictures of the side of the house along with this new fixmystreet reference with Simon Scullion in copy. Simon Scullion is aware of this ticket I am raising.
Look forward to hearing from you.
