Length of Cooks Lane, Mursley, from entrance of road to radio pylons, 10th April
I am unable to upload the 16 pictures I have taken of the potholes - essentially, the whole of Cooks Lane is badly potholed and it is now difficult to avoid any of them so people are now driving up on the verge to avoid damage. It has become muddy and slippy and it is difficult to pass dog walkers etc safely.
I am happy to provide my pictures if but the website is not allowing me to upload.

Next to pub side door, 7th April
The road markings have worn away showing no parking zigzags. Cars now park on narrow road on a blind bend. The road is not wide enough for two cars and with parking makes it a hazard

The manhole on the path situated above was opened last week to be cleaned by a lorry that came. The cover hasn’t been dropped back in properly and is sitting above the path causing a trip hazard

Pothole repairs failing all along this road, need replacing before the cause an accident. You have to drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid.

Drain issue - water is constantly coming out of what they think is a man hole by number 173/175, 22nd February
Possible Drain issue - water is constantly coming out of what customer thinks is a man hole - he has spoken to the water company and they have advised the customer to call us - Unsure what exactly the issue is but is affecting water supply to the area, unsure why thames water advised to call us but advised would raise to investigate

There's no precise landmarks nearby, except it is marked with 54 and a cross within a circle, 21st February
This pothole has been a pretty huge problem, it damaged my wheel and punctured my tyre, it has been like this for more than two weeks which is the time limit you have to fix these potholes once you have recognised them, the fact it is marked 54 shows that you recognise it needs fixing. it's about 20cm in width, 10 in height and it's very deep, around 10cm, with very very sharp edges, as you can see in the photos, this goes through many layers of the road. It's on the side of the road going towards Newton Leys from Drayton Parslow. We really need this sorted as the small road doesn't allow for swerving away from it due to oncoming traffic. Thanks
