Glass everywhere from the window, 12th April
As I was passing a dog was walking near it with the owner and when I tried to walk past them I noticed the glass. Then I realised somebody abbondoned their car there as the window was broken. Is dangerous to have it like that.

These barriers need to be retrieved and either removed or secured across the crossing. This might be a TfL corner so please pass it on to them - this corner sees a lot of traffic and there has recently been an RTA incident here.

Three bollards in a row, and single bollards further along, on The Ridgeway, 9th April
I have ticked hazardous as they might be trip hazards in the dark for people walking along the grass verges. Please can they be replaced like-for-like. The community fought a long campaign years ago for these short squat square bollards in the Gunnersbury Park Garden Estate and this was agreed. New short squat square bollards have been used along other roads here; they have a reflective strip.
