Bins over flowing, 16th April
As a resident I use the bins that are located in pitmaston road. However I have witnessed three different vans over the past three weeks. Emptying their waste from the vans into the bins the waste they are disposing into the bins is not usual house hold waste which's causes the bins to be full up and then actual residents have nowhere to put their rubbish so it’s is then left next to the bins. Something needs to be done so that this stops. I have started taking down the number plates of the vans that I see doing this

This area is consistently used as a fly tipping area and the council do nothing about it unless we report it. We have contacted our local MP, we cannot be expected to live like this, the fly tipping attracts foxes, rats and vermin alike. All the fly tipping in this images requires moving. including the dirty bin, it smells and does not belong to any of the flats on Cheam st
