This commwrcialnpulnwaste bin has been dunped here for months now. There has been more rubbish adeed to it, obscuring the foul (cooking oil?) waste. There is no doubt this was dripped here in an act of fly tipping as I have checked with all local restaurants who do not recognise it.

Overflowing bin outside Harris Primary, 22nd April
This bin is overflowing with rubbish daily. There is food and nappies spilling out of it and children are having to step over it to get into school. The pathway was blocked this morning so buggies and scooters were having to walk around it to avoid it. That bin is not cleared regularly as it is always over spilling with gross food everywhere. It was bad at 8;30 and no better at 3:30.Can it be relocated or cleared more regularly? I will continue to document it as evidence of how bad it gets. The school will have a rat infestation if not attended to. Thank you.
