Trip hazard drain cover issue., 23rd April
The drain cover outside the horse stables on Great Scotland Yard is not securely close. Is a serious trip hazard could cause major injuries. Also, anyone can access the drain aswell therefore it is also a security issue.

Infected trees, 23rd April
My Name is Daniela and I’m the Head Housekeeper in the Hoxton Southwark.
I would like to bring to your attention that since mid-March all large trees in front of the hotel have been badly infected with tiny black flies and the trees are releasing a large amount of sticky liquid (for more info please see the email below and the attached photos from our plant’s company). Could you please send someone to review the situation and take some action as soon as possible?

Persistent nuisance hire bikes near millbank house, 23rd April
The 50-80 hire bikes have been on this place for extended period of time since yesterday. They are obstructing pavement to pedestrians and causing difficulties for drivers to see pedestrians as they approach zebra crossing. They are obstructing access to pedal cyclists who wish to tie their bikes in designated space. This is an ongoing problem in this spot.

Faeces outside gate to residences, 23rd April
There is a pile of what I hope is dog but may well be human, faeces outside the side gate to the shop I work at. This gate is in constant use throughout the day and we don't want to tread it into the shop. Also, this is a primary access route to the residences behind our shop, who also don't need to be dodging faeces on their way in or out of their home.
This was not present last night at 19:00 when we closed the shop so happened overnight.

Tree branches are become dangerous over the car park., 22nd April
We have a big tree over the car park at croxley close B553dd. Some of its branches are fallen over the cars parked after a strong wind. I would like to request a trimmer of these big dried branches, as it is became very dangerous, hanging over the cars. The damage can be very costly. Many Thanks
