ISSUE: Violent robberies and thefts on the Southbank and Waterloo area
ACTION: Patrol operations have been arranged alongside the South Bank BID officers. Overt and Covert patrols have taken place to target street robberies and night time economy violence. We are working with partner agencies to combat these offences such as the South Bank Security and as a result have arrested a number of prolific offenders and obtained convictions against them.

ISSUE: Concerns re E-bikes/scooters etc being on pavements
ACTION: Patrols and operations to be conducted in the area to deter and detect any issues.

ISSUE: Concern for business and staff as shoplifting is prolific. Ward Panel agreed that this should be a ward promise.
ACTION: The team has launched Op Ebrateola in response to shop liftings across the ward. We have seen significant increase in the amount of offences being detected. A large number of prolific offenders have been arrested and convicted of offences resulting in custodial sentences being given. We are also in the process of obtaining Criminal Behaviours Orders against the most prolific offenders which ban them from entering certain shops.
