Hazardous metal barriers at top of ramp to Hallfield Estate, 29th March
The metal barriers at the top and bottom of the pedestrian ramp going into Hallfield Estate are a severe health and safety risk. It caused facial injuries to both my mother and my aunt within the last few weeks. Please design and install a safer alternative that is not so hazardous to pedestrians. At minimum it needs padding to protect against head injury.
