A white van NJ19 TVO pulled up sharply on a double yellow line and the cement truck GF21 JYH behind it had to brake very hard. Cement poured out of the back of the truck onto the road and onto the front of the red car. There is large pile of cement on the road which will have to be drilled off before it hardens.

All the street lights in Downside crescent need painting and haven’t been painted for years I see that someone reported last year that the roadway has been damaged by heavy vehicles used in building work on numbers 4 and 6 and the road having essentially collapsed there is an enormous lake of water there whenever it rains which doesn’t drain away

This is the second time this is being raised. Irregular and poorly-repaired pavement causes vibration in adjacent buildings (St James Mansions) when busses and heavy goods vehicles pass. The vibration is strong enough to cause gradual fracturing of internal plaster within St James Mansions and affects apartments throughout the block.

Road works in front of 315a Kilburn High Road stop garbage from being collected, 14th April
There are ongoing engineering works happening in front of the gate of 315a Kilburn High Road for over two weeks. Because of this garbage bins weren't being emptied, now the bins won't close and the works are still ongoing and it becoming a real problem for the flat block. Thanks.
