A couple of weeks ago UK Power Networks dug up this pavement. They effectively vandalised the existing granite paving slabs and have now replaced these with tarmac. This is unacceptable and they should be made to replace the the paving like it was.

Those have been installed for years and the only purpose they serve is a bin — piles of rubbish accumulated behind them and this is a tourist location. Can only imagine what people visiting think about the city and the country…

Infected trees, 23rd April
My Name is Daniela and I’m the Head Housekeeper in the Hoxton Southwark.
I would like to bring to your attention that since mid-March all large trees in front of the hotel have been badly infected with tiny black flies and the trees are releasing a large amount of sticky liquid (for more info please see the email below and the attached photos from our plant’s company). Could you please send someone to review the situation and take some action as soon as possible?

Residential and commercial waste dumped, 23rd April
Local residents waste and commercial waste has been dumped by Gym Nations Bins. Please note Gym Nations waste is only place in our appropriate bins. All fly tipped waste is not Gym Nations.

Rat Problem, 23rd April
Frequently, multiple rats can be seen running around Glade Path. This has been going on for months. Rat traps have been placed in the area, however they have not improved the problem as the rats just avoid the traps.

The third speed bump has no paint and is not visible at night, 22nd April
There are 3 speed bumps on crimscott street and the 3rd has no paint on it to warn drivers - which is really painful if you’re a passenger. Please arrange for it to be repainted.

Continued fly tipping with more rubbish added, 22nd April
People are using this area is for fly tipping beside the bins. This is not right since its just by the school. This is a disgrace which is attracting vermin. The bins should be moved somewhere away from the school

Dangerous lack of space for users of Santander’s Bike station on Crimscott Street, 22nd April
There is a real risk of accident when taking out a Santander bike from the docking station whilst cars pass down Crimscott street. On multiple occasions cars have crept up behind me just when the bike dock unlocks and I am pulling out a bike. The road needs to be remodelled to remove the parking bays opposite to make more space between the bike docks and the through road. This is now quite a busy road with lots of “rat running” especially by taxis and delivery vans. Please consider what can be done to make this situation better and less hazardous. It’s only a matter of time until someone gets hurt.
