Bottom of Vine Hill in front of Lotus office (new office), 14th April
Dear sir/madam, We have lived in Vine Hill since 2020. The drain in question has always had rubbish in it but the piping was always visible. The street was re-tarred in the last few weeks. We have just returned from 3 weeks travel to find the drain has been filled with left-over bitumen. This is of serious concern since last year, our basement was flooded (no root cause found but several properties in our street and neighbouring streets were affect. We were relocated from our property for several months whilst insurance repaired the property. We are concerned that this blockage may contribute to wider problems in our street. Please have someone inspect the drain.

Mop Water waste dumped on the street, 14th April
Mop water waste is constantly dumped on this location multiple times a week. Day and night. It happens right outside this building. I've seen it many times here for several months. There is a strong smell of chemicals when you walk by the waste.

I cycle this way daily for years and this road gets worse - it’s so uneven as a cyclist and likely a motorist that it’s a danger to both together - the road is so patchy and uneven it’s terrifying when merging with traffic It’s been like this at least two years and needs to be surfaced

Rubbish from food stalls on wall, 12th April
Every working day a large accumulation of rubbish dumped on the wall outside my work place. Foxes, rats and other unwanted pests have now ventured into our work environment as they have a regular food source. The council should provide closed bins.
