Polished road surface, 25th September
Drivers here at arriva have noted that during the last summers hot weather the road in this location melted somewhat and now has a polushed surface on a large stretch.
This, in wet weather, is causing slips and skids when braking due to a lack of grip.
There is an incresed potential for accidents as a result

Multiple sectiins of overgrown hedrows and trees, 16th July
The whole road between its starting point at Caernarfon and its end point in Llandwrong has multiple issues with overgrown hedgerows and trees.
This road is rather narrow in places and causes issues for our drivers using buses along this route.
Particular problem spots are the approach to llandwrog (from caernarfon), the bends between saron and the river gwyrfai but generally the most of this road.
There is also a section coming out of llandwrog to dinas dinlle suffering the same affliction.
These issues cause a dangerous reduction in visibility causing driver to break suddenly for fast approach vehicles

Public footpath obstructed by two wired-up metal gates, 19th January
The public footpath towards the farm, between the two fields, is blocked by a pair of decrepit metal gates wired up together. Very difficult to pass.
In consequence, one has to more easily take the alternative public footpath route - so a through route is only possible by detour

Kissing gate too narrow, 19th January
There is a very old iron kissing gate on this public footpath. The gap around the gate is very narrow- to the extent that anyone who isn't slim or who is accompanied by a reasonably sized dog can only get through by lifting the gate off its hinges, then replacing it.
Not impossible - but difficult

Traffic Calming Needed, 28th April
Traffic, especially in the evening and at night passes through the area much too quickly, and with two bad exit locations on the service road, (Both have very poor visibility), traffic passes through the hamlet much too quickly. A photo will serve no purpose as a picture cannot simulate a vehicle being driven too quickly for the conditions. I would respectfully suggest a site visit would be of more use.
