Constant periods of people visiting neighbours parking on my land and across the easement as set out in my title deeds for my property. Damaged Grass Verge area, 22nd February
There is a NPR camera and control equipment located outside my property on the verge the constant maintenance and parking of vans have damaged the grass verge to such an extent it is now just a mud pool, it requires hard surfacing if the constant maintenance requires vehicle access, the area is considered a danger to the elderly and infirm and an eyesore.
