Just before atterby farm, 18th January
While you can see your team have been out and repaired a pothole, the worst one and the one I described as being just before you enter the hamlet of Atterby is still not done. Can you please rectify this matter before damage is done to somebody's car.

Driving down Atterby Lane from the A15 just as you approach village, 12th December
Large pothole in road on righthand side as you leave A15 some 1 to 1and half mile from A15 and just as you approach village when wet it is not too visible but it can certainly run a car tyre or get someone off a motorbike or push bike.

Junction of Wells Street and Stonepit Lane, Bishop Norton, 11th December
Appears to be a collapsed drain or other blockage as water flows out of the drain every time we have rainfall. Water is currently flowing down the road at a steady rate over 24 hours since heavy rain. Standing water covers half the road for up to a week after heavy rain. There is no sewage present - just rain water.

Light not working, making whole street very dark. Been out for months. Delivery drivers (& therefore emergency services) are struggling to find properties. Our numbering system is by age of property not by position on the road, so not easy to work out even in daylight. Number of streetlight visible in photo.

Archer Court entrance and end of drive 6 Archer Street, 13th September
The drains at the end of our driveway have never been cleaned out. Recent heavy rain overwhelmed them. The drain across the road has never be cleaned and now serves no purpose causing water to pool and silt to gather
