With many historic locations and stately homes, LE4 also has plenty of scenic walks. Popular places to visit in the area include Foxton Locks, an 18 mile stretch of the Grand Union Canal, and Rothley Court and Gardens, a Grade II listed garden.

I lived here between 2001 and 2019 and loved the area where I lived. My neighbours were very friendly and helpful in my road. The children whom I taught to read were always respectful and called me Miss. Although an impoverished area, people in this area were caring, kind and positive, always willing to help out and chat to you.
