3 or 4 horizontal cracks/gully's in the road, 10th April
There are 3 or 4 deep horizontal cracks/gully's that have formed along this road (in both directions), that I know if I were to hit them on my bicycle, would cause damage to the wheel (at best) and could potentially cause an accident. I am aware of these defects, so am able to avoid them (my bunny hop game is improving daily) but to someone who is not aware of these defects, it could be a different story.

Council Signage, 5th April
The council have erected signage in this area suggesting pavement works will begin on the 25th March... nobody has turned up! Surprise Surprise!
As a council tax payer, I am just wondering what exactly I am paying you for! Refuse collection and making motorists lives hell!
I've given up reporting potholls and damaged road surfaces because quite simply the whole area is a mess. You should all be sacked! Ashamed to be a British Citizen. Who broke Britain, the local councils did.

Huge puddle covering inside lane alongside crossing point for cycle way across major road, 1st April
Flooding here was immense the other day. Dark, so couldn't see if it was a blocked drain or just poor grading of the highway. Flooding was over the entire inside traffic lane, fortunately the bus drivers were being really good and using the outside lane, avoiding getting me soaked whilst I was waiting at the cycle way crossing for the lights to change.

Double yellow lines to be reinstated after repair, 1st April
Double yellow lines need to be repainted now the repair has finally been made. Not the poor drainage, Note also that the repair only dealt with the large pothole, it has not improved the jolt that all cyclists will feel when riding over the hump that runs across the remainder of the road from here and at various other places along this road. All these deteriorating concrete joints causing top surface erosion will soon become potholes so please fix them now to avoid future injuries.

Parallel and perpendicular potholes and humps along this road, 1st April
There are regular failures of the tarmac surface in strips across this road, each one causing a jolt to cyclists riding over them. Only one small patch has recently been repaired at the Chessington Road end of this road. Also at the junction with Oakhurst Road is a right-angled set of potholes, now becoming a deep rut which is big enough for a road bike wheel to be caught in, like a tram line.

Vegetation covering textured paving and encroaching into cycle lane, 1st April
The vegetation along here alongside the Hook Road Arena, all the way from the Riding for the Disabled premises right up to the crossing at Chessington Road has been allowed to grow wild. Much of the textured paving at crossing points are now covered in grass and the edging of both the cycle way and footpath (sometimes these are combined along here) need the vegetation cutting back to reveal the tarmac edging strips. Drainage is also a problem in the section opposite the golf course entrance, with water runoff directed over the cycle way for some time after any periods of rain
