It was left over the weekend of 19th April 2024. Its a traders vehicles like a burger bar trailer with wooden pallets holding it up. It should not be on the raid. Its an unsafe vehicle and the local neighbours do not know who it belongs too as it appeared late at night.

Obstruction by large Truck, 20th April
The large Truck is causing an obstruction on Kew Crescent. North Cheam Sutton Surrey SM3 9RT. Another large vehicle cannot drive past this large Truck , should not be left on narrow road. It has been here since Friday. Not enough lowered kerbs for driveways on Kew Crescent. Too many large trees. Trees near lamp posts should be removed. Obscuring the light.

Diverted traffic speeding up Litchfield Avenue, 19th April
There are roadworks on Epsom Road so cars are using Rutland Drive/Litchfield Avenue as a cut through. The speed limit on Litchfield is 20 mph but vehicles are speeding along at over 40 mph. (Estimated)

Outside no. 30 Garth Road are 2 loose paving slab, 19th April
These paving slabs are loose because the tree in the tree pit blew down in November 2023. I have asked for a replacement tree but have heard nothing. When vehicles park in the edges of the slabs they force the other side of the slab up, causing a trip hazard

Loose noisy manhole cover on road, 19th April
There is a loose manhole cover on the road which is very noisy when cars drive over it. Given how busy the road is and how cars speed along it, it is both noisy and frequent so is very disturbing. Issue has been present for a few months.

Observed resident on several occasions leaving house to dump rubbish by public bin. When challenged that this was flytipping he gestured with hands, don't think he spoke English. He continued to dump things.
