FIXMYSTREET IN KT2 5EE
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of KT2 5EE:
Parked in pay and display without a ticket, 28th March
I had to see a doctor in Kingston hospital on two occasions 2nd Feb 2024 and 28th March 2024.
Same van (photo provided) parks in pay and display and doesn’t have a ticket. The man sits in the van and even though I am going in/out number of times he says there is a ticket but that is not the case. Only pays when challenged. This caused issues for me to get on time for my appointment and it is unfair on people who follow the parking legal requirement as opposed to those parking and not paying.

Warning sign needed that second half of contraflow cycle lane is not signal controlled, 17th March
A green light on the contraflow cycle lane means only to proceed halfway, not all the way across onto Richmond road. this is not clear and you emerge into traffic joining at speed from the left. The road markings are also faded. At least a warning sign needs putting on the island but a better fix would be to have a PIR crossing linked to the pedestrian phase across kingsgate road.
