Blocked gutted drain / gutter for months opposite shell petrol pump and 25 & 26 the green kt20 5np, 20th April
Good day surrey county council / reigate & banstead council,
You were advised of this problem via this platform on :-
29/2 22/3 4/4 and again today 20/4
This is an major problem will you please understand this fact,
The occupants of 26 & 27 the green are restricted from using their front doors when it is raining as every vehicle that passes splashes the property and anyone in the front garden,
I have had enough of spoon-feeding this matter with various uploaded photos and no remedial action is being taken !
Every single vehicle that uses that section of the road has no choice but to drive through the massive puddle and covers anyone standing there and the property !
I have personally tried to push the blockage through, it is like it is cemented in as it will not budge one bit,
Please read the above message once again and the previous reports before relaying this to anyone to undertake the works,

It would benefit you to advise whoever you appoint this is not an bog standard simple blockage !
I am the end of my tether explaining this situation for remedial action repeatedly, there is damage caused to the properties if anyone is concerned,
Feel free to call me as i am more than prepared to spoon-feed the matter subsequent times in the hope for an amicable solution,
No site survey is required to delay the works longer, all my uploaded photos should be suffice to work from,
This matter has not been nipped in the bud at the earliest opportunity please finally note !

Trees and bushes over footpath, 11th April
Thr trees and bushes hang all the way over the footpath causing you to walk on the grass, now mud to get past. This needs cutting back.

THE DRAINS ARE COMPLETELY BLOCKED !!!
THIS CURRENT STATE IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS NOW !!!
THE OCCUPANTS OF THESE HOUSES GET COMPLETELY SOAKED WHEN THEY LEAVE THEIR PROPERTY VIA THE FRONT DOOR WHEN IT IT IS RAINING AS THE UNKNOWING VEHICLES COMING AROUND THE BEND SPLASH THE WATER SETTLED ON THE ROAD ALL OVER THE PAVEMENT AND THE PROPERTIES IN SITU,
PLEASE PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE,
I CANNOT EXPLAIN OR SPOON-FEED THE PREDICAMENT ANY CLEARER IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE,
OVER ONE YEAR THE PROPERTY OCCUPANTS ARE BEING MADE TO SUFFER UNNECESSARILY !
29/02/2024 this was previously reported and "NO" progress has been made please further note, when it is raining the front doors of the properties cannot be used, the downstairs of the properties are continuously drenched and splattered by the vehicles passing outside, multiple reports have been made in regards to this but NO remedial works have been initiated and it appears these are falling on deaf ears !
This is URGENT !!!! when a vehicle passes the whole front of the house gets splashed with dirty rainwater, will let you make the calculation how many times an day that is,
The grate of the drain is completely blocked as shown in the uploaded photo from 2 months ago so no water can pass through there at all causing an major puddle on that junction where the properties are, it won't be easy to clear as cannot be pushed through attempts have been made already,
Think of it being hard as cement, so much rainwater retention is present there on the road when vehicles come around the bend they don't realise this is present and drive through it please note these important fact relayed above,

When it rains an lot of water gets retained there causing an very large puddle, so when the vehicles are passing through there on the road they unintentionally splash all the houses in situ and the pedestrians sadly walking past,
This was reported by an close neighbour I believe but nothing has been done about it hence this report,
The occupants no longer use the front door but have resorted to using their back doors because of the fear of getting drenched as they have been accustomed to sadly on an rainy day,
I have uploaded the photos of the drains today to gather an greater insight to initiate works,
THIS WORKS NEEDS TO BE UNDERTAKEN SOONER THAN LATER !!!!!

Very poor road condition with multiple deep potholes, 6th March
This entire stretch of road in both directions between roundabouts has multiple deep and dangerous potholes in both directions and is particularly bad near the rumble stripes. Also, not wide enough for safe cycling with poor promotion of active travel.

Dangerous parking near junction, 4th March
This van has been here for weeks. It blocks the view of oncoming traffic for Tangier Way residents wishing to turn right onto Tattenham Way. It is 3m from the junction rather than the 10m minimum requirement. Several Tangier Way residents have had near misses due to the obstructed view this van causes.
