Vehicle Activated Sign is not working, 24th November
This eastern avenue Vehicle Activated Sign is not working and has not worked for some time. This is an accident waiting to happen. Firstly it is too close to the corner where children and family's cross the corner to go to the school/park and cars are constantly speeding up and down the road all day long. The activated sign should be fixed and placed further up the street in order to allowed ample time for cars approaching the sign to adjust to the set limit. It is now a busy school road (cards both sides) and drivers need a lot more time to slow down prior to reaching the corner crossing so there will not be any type of accident/incident.

Out of Control blackdales to blythswood largs, 19th March
There are 3 trees on service lanes between blythswood and blackdales that require attention the tree are bigger than the house they are coming on to my land blocking sunlight and causing a massive clean up during the autumn our service lane is very slippy due to wet leaves that have been left over the years that could result in injury to someone as a slip trip & fall hazard this is an ongoing issue that cost me a clean up twice every year due to algae from the trees by professional jet spray companies

Recent dog fouling., 8th February
Dog fouling is now a problem in communal back garden. This area is in constant use and is kept in good condition by neighbours, but of late dog excrement is being left all over the paths and green areas. Close doors at no. 8 and no.10 Waterside St are in general closed so accessing area is closed off.
