The road just before Barking Hall is now permanently flooded and impassable every time it rains. Has been like this for weeks and is causing huge disruption to local traffic travelling to/from Needham and A14.

Blocked inspection pit on highway verge, 17th October
Inspection pit on Highways verge has been blocked for at least four months, which means that water from surface water drain goes straight on the road on a hazardous bend. As the autumn rains arrive this poses a significant danger.

Barking Road closure is still on to ringshall and there are two separate road closures from stowmarket towards batisford. How can you allow these to all go ahead at thr same time?

The footpath is obstructed and dangerous, 30th June
There has been a tree root obstructing the footpath for some time, it got exposed last Winter when the chippings on the path eroded away. The Council won't replace the chippings but said they would remove the root. This is how they left it today! It is now even more dangerous!

Public footpath not maintained, 20th April
I have used this path for 12 years, about 7/8 years ago I helped lay shingle on there as a repair to make it safe and cover the exposed tree root. It was very dangerous in wet weather and the shingle has worn away - have asked to repair it again, the council refused!!!!

3ft Pothole outside Sunarise, BarkingPothole here since well before Christmas., 29th December
Pothole has been here since well before Christmas... Gang turned up Wed. 27th. Dec. Set up traffic lights, Assumed they were here to do a repair. Went out. Returned & nothing obvious had been done close by. Also an incorrectly positioned 'roadside' drain which has needed moving for many years adjacent to pothole and some 14 inches out from roadside kerb needs attention.
