Water leak, 1st April
For most of the time water is rising up from the high point of the road and running down and pooling at the low point of the road at the blind bend. Yesterday, the water covered the whole width of the road. This issue has been ongoing for a year or more. It is particularly bad at the moment, but was also problematic last year, even during hot and dry periods. Sorry, no pictures, as not really safe to stop and take them on a narrow blind bend.

The buff anti-skid / High friction surface dressing worn away, 11th November
At this location the both buff coloured anti-skid / high friction surface dressing layer, that have been applied to the top of the carriageway's wearing course layer, have now been almost completely worn away.
I would, therefore, be most grateful if you could please add this site to your no doubt extensive programme of other sites, that also now require remedial attention for carriageway skidding resistance improvement.

Overgrown pavements, 6th November
The pavement between Barham (by the Sorrel Horse) into Claydon is completely overgrown. There are points where the path is less then 30cm wide. There is only path on one side of the road and I feel this is unacceptable. I am a new mum, my baby is now 4 months old, and since he was born I have only walked into the village once with his pram as the paths made it almost impossible to make the trip. I had to stop on many occasions to remove leaves, branched and brushed off insects from the pram. This was quite distressing as a new mum, as I am sure you can imagine. In addition, I know of a wheelchair user who has come off the path and fallen into the road due to the narrow nature of the path. I know this has been reported separately. I know you are aware of this issue as signs have recently appeared stating 'pedestrians in road' - does the council really deem that this is an appropriate way of dealing with this issue? To warn motorists that their paths are in such a state that pedestrians, including mothers with prams and wheelchair users, are forced into the road? The Government guidance (Public Rights of Way: local highway authority responsibilities) states that public rights of way should be kept in a state fit for public use, and that obstructions should be removed. In this case, the obstructions are overgrown plants. Please advise what is being done to rectify this issue. This is a section of footpath with no street lighting and as we head towards shorter days, there is a real risk that someone who has to step into the road (as stated on the signs) could be seriously injured.

The carriageway pothole at this location have only ever been temporarily repaired. This temporary carriageway repair have significantly settled and, as a consequence, their now exists a very noticeable depression in the road surface.
I would be most grateful if you could, please, arrange for this defective area of the carriageway to be both properly and permanently repaired, as soon as practicably possible.
