Car parked on double yellow lines., 1st March
This is not the first time someone has parked on the double yellow lines outside my house. This one is particularly bad and makes getting out of my drive even more difficult than usual. It is always a problem as even legally parked vehicles obscure my view up the road. In the past the double yellow lines extended for two more houses towards town. I don't know why this changed.
