ISSUE: Anti social behaviournnWe have been receiving reports of anti social behaviour linked to alcohol use in Bideford and the surrounding areas.u00a0u00a0nThe local Neighbourhood Team have been patrolling our problem areas and using powers under the PSPO (Public spaces protection order) to move persons on and to confiscate open containers of alcohol.
