Several Oil stains on residential street, North Barton Close, from vehicle parked long-term by non-resident, 26th May
No attempt made to clear up their mess. They have now moved the vehicle but not thought to clean up behind themselves out of courtesy and good manners, aside from the environmental necessity.

Roadside trees require maintenance. Overhanging carriageway HGV hitting overhead branches creating potential hazard of broken mirrors and torn sheets., 4th November
Tree growth exceeding carriageway hazard of damaged branches being knocked by high transport and landing on carriageway. This problem extends from Aller Roundabout along the A361 as far as Barnstaple. Please attend to this problem before a serious accident occurs.

Same old potholes, 14th December
Various potholes up the hill and then Into the village. Previously reported over several years but nothing is ever done. I see a few damage claims being made against the council which is far more expensive than just getting on with mending the potholes. But guess who pays? Yep. The rate payer. Me.

Dangerous and encourages road rage, 14th September
Vegetation along all of Leary Hill is left unchecked through all of summer. This makes the single track lane dangerous as vehicles are unsighted . Other roads in the area get their verges cut so this can be done too please

Blocked drain causing flooding, 11th March
This drain has been blocked since last summer when mud washed down the road from the fields. It is now causing the road to break up and water in bubbling through the surface of the tarmac.

Mud on the road / collapsed roadside edges / skid hazard, 22nd November
The "S" bend section of the road from Heddon cross down to the link road has been driven over by some form of off road vehicles, this has caused a large amount of the bank / mud to come across onto the road presenting a skid hazard.
