FIXMYSTREET IN EX20 3LR
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of EX20 3LR:
Pothole just outside Hatherleigh, 20th September
Unavoidable pothole if another car is coming. Been there for a while but got worse recently. Very annoying when there’s always an oncoming car so you can’t avoid it

How deep is my pothole, 11th April
As you turn into Moor View there are potholes of various shapes and sizes all along the road. When you turn into Oldham Road the potholes become bigger and deeper. That over the months have certainly done damage to cars and there tyres.plus pedestrians tripping over them whilst crossing the roads. Might I suggest that as these are busy roads, with no other exit onto the A3072, that the council and / or contractors close one half of the road off for repairs and informing residents of what would be happening so as to give them time to find alternative parking while the work is ongoing. There’s room at the end of the industrial estate plus the car park by the coop. Im sure that the residents of this estate would very much welcome driving on a level service rather than the one they have now? Regards Mr WRGreenwood.

Cars parking on the drop curb outside the Co-op, 26th July
There is persistent parking on the drop curb outside the Co-op, in 16000 miles of travelling its got to be some of the most inconsiderate parking in the country, in the space of ten minutes three vehicles pulled on to the drop curb. There is no point reporting it to the police as they in and out of the shop before they would get there.
Perhaps some bollards...

Dog mess in Runnon Moor Lane and Tarka Trail 27, 5th March
The major problem we have here is dog mess that has been steadily been getting worse. Sometimes we have to walk on the grass to allow cars and tractors to move through Runnon Moor Lane and when this happens, you have to be extremely careful not to tread on it . It begins to be bad close to Moor View until you go past it. It starts once again as soon as you enter Tarka Trail 27 and remains so right up to where the trail is flanked by trees, about 1/2+ miles. There is only a dog bin at the start of Runnon Moor from the A3072 and then another just before you to the bottom of that section of the trail 400 yds past Shallowford. I'm making this complaint because we have a few selfish people spoiling what could be a much enjoyable walk that people from all ages use constantly, including young children. My suggestion is to erect along the walk more dog mess bins and more signs warning people that it is an offence to do so and therefore liable to a fine.
