Parking of cars opposite the access to Pounds Hill., 19th November
Would it be possible to extend the double yellow lines so that cars etc. would not be allowed to park opposite the turning to Pounds Hill. The situation has become very dangerous due to the increase traffic both of light and heavy someone on site if required.

These two cars are parked in front of my house enterance. As a result I have been problem in getting my car in to my garage and reversing. As you would imagine this is palce in front of my house and I do not want any other car to parked in front of my house. Apparently, it seems this has been ongoing for quite some time. All these while no one has said anything as no one was living in this house for last 8 months or so. I ahve recently bought this house and moved in to my new house., 3rd October
This is a case of Illegal parking in front of my house. I suggest penalty for wrong parking, as I have been charged in for parking in front of someone else house for few minute. This is not acceptable.

3 week old food waste/refuse build up!, 12th June
Build up of refuse at rear of 86 Butt Parks. Food waste dated 23rd May not put out for collection today 11th June, so will sit and rot for another 2 weeks! Bags ripped open by animals to expose rotting food waste, not in food waste bin!

Refuse being put out after the fortnightly collection, 22nd March
Tenants at 86 Butt parks are putting their refuse out a day or 2 after the fortnightly collection. It then sits there for the next 12 days to be ripped open by cats and as you can see there are nappies visable, still there from the last bags they left! Among nappies we have also seen condoms and sanitary products, which besides being unsavoury to look at could also pose a health risk!

I have just walked down the steps at end of people's park. The steps are covered in rotting leaves and causing slip hazard. As there is no light that end I can see that people may trip or slip down them, 23rd January

The whole high street has loose, uneven or broken paving slabs., 28th April
The whole high street has loose or broken paving slabs. Some are uneven. There is a batch of three man hole covers near the dentists which are in a bad state and the concrete surrounding them is a trip hazard. In fact the majority of the high street on both sides in is a terrible state. I myself have tripped a number of times, but the man who runs the dentists has literally just tripped over again. Someone is seriously going to hurt themselves and trip into the road and be killed. With so many elderly and disabled in the town, there needs to be something done. It's a disgrace!

4 way temporary lights with inadequate warnings on approach, 6th April
There are 4 way temporary lights with a long waiting period at Forches Cross, the crossroads at the top of Jockey Hill Crediton. Approaching from the north (from Sandford direction) there are no early warning signs and the lights are obscured by the curve in the road. Vehicles are therefore forced to stop suddenly to avoid running into unseen queued traffic. The lights need to be removed as there are no roadworks at all on the protected junction, so they simply create a needless hazard and obstruction.
