Deep gully at eroded side of road (over last half-dozen years!) [note: Streetview pic shows location but too out of date to show extent of damage], 7th January

There's a huge gully at side of this narrow road, caused by water erosion. If a car pulled to the side to make way, and the front onside wheel slipped into the gully, it's unlikely the car could drive out again. This damage has been there for years, but it scares me every time I pass (perhaps cos I'm a soft Londoner)

Seriously defective road surface between Countiesmeet and Woodburn Cross junction with B3227. Despite mamy reports of dangerous road surface DCC still take no action to rectify. Why? Does it need an accident to occur before remedial works are undertaken? Please advise how this report can be escalated within DCC.
