Deep Pothole Eastbound A35, 2nd January
Hit yet another pothole on the A35 in Raymonds Hill last night, Eastbound on the A35. I don't have the exact location as my dashcam SD card became corrupted.
I lost count how many potholes I either hit or narrowly avoided in both directions on the A35 in the dark last night. I suggest you send one of those camera road surface survey vehicles from Honiton to Dorchester in both directions. Other people are reporting damage to their vehicles on this stretch of the A35.

Unlit hazard in the middle of the A35., 23rd November
On the A35 just east of the junction with Trinity Hill Road, Raymonds Hill a central island with bollards and a lamppost were demolished by a vehicle over a year ago. If this central island is a safety feature, why was it not fixed immediately? If it is not a safety feature, why is it there at all as it has been an unlit hazard in the middle of the road since it was demolished? Two cones were put there about two months after demolition but they are so dirty they can't be seen in the dark.

Broken bollard lights, 26th October
Broken bollard light in middle of road to separate traffic turning on to the Trinity Hill Road. Been broken for over a year. It should be illuminated to aid drivers at night, but it is broken and dirty so is not very reflective and I believe is a hazard at night. Has temporary road sign. Plus broken bollard lights at the junction between A35 and Trinity Hill Road. Has temporary road sign, which has become a permanent fixture rather than temporary.

The whole of Cathole lane is a mess. The sides are filed with debris so it is getting narrower and it has large and deep potholes all along its length which are not being addressed. They are damaging vehicles using the lane, 21st December
The lane is deteriorating significantly and all that has happened are some temporary patches to the worst potholes - none of those have lasted more than a month. The lane is getting narrower and more hazardous to drive.
We were told the lane would be properly investigated but we have heard nothing.

Crossroads at Red Lane/ Green Lane blocked visibility, 29th June
An accident waiting to happen. This is a dangerous junction at the best of times but not it is very difficult to see right when trying to enter the A35 from Red Lane.
