Trees getting very big , leaves going everywhere plus grass never gets cut, 3rd November
The trees are down the foot path in Slade Close, below 84 and 85 on each side of the banks. I believe they are both protected, however they never get maintained, topped cut back. The leaves go all in their gardens and on the foot path which makes it very slippery when wet. Plus the grass on the two banks never get cut, its disgusting, its a mess. The foot path is very narrow now because of all the over growth. It grows up to seed in the Summer months, bad for hay-fever sufferers. Please can this be dealt with soon, thank you.

The trees on this triangle have been here for years and never get topped. They are growing so high, with the storms we are getting these days it won't be long before they fall down on houses or people. It's getting very dangerous.

Due to inadequate double yellow lines to the full extent of Chapel Lane, I couldn't exit my parking bay due to totally inconsiderate parking by another motorist blocking my exit despite a polite notice not to obstruct my driveway., 3rd January
This is a regular occurrence, Devon Highways continue to ignore the problem. My parking bay is totally legal yet I can't enter or exit on a daily basis due to ignorant parking of others. The solution is double yellow lines to the full extent of Chapel Lane.

Jesu Street Ottery-St=-Mary. Very deep and now dangerous pothole by Eastbound Pavement. There have been some very dangerous swerves to avoid this very deep pothole. It must be fixed immediately., 21st December
Cyclists and all two wheeled vehicles are at great risk if they hit this hole. With the sheer density of traffic on this very narrow town road avoiding striking this hole with a nearside wheel is almost impossible...thus the problem worsens by the minute. It must be fixed before someone is injured..

The handrail on the north side of the footbridge across the mill leat has been broken off at ground level., 14th July
This footbridge is on the Land of Canaan park. Several of the uprights have been snapped off at ground level and the rail is unsupported at the eastern end. I think it has happened in the past week. It has been dragged back into place, but anyone leaning on it could cause the remaining uprights to give way.

Lots of broken edges to the road surface around the drain covers, 11th May
This is getting worse - the road is crumbling around the drain covers which is particularly unpleasant and dangerous for cyclists. A cyclist would be normally focused on the danger or approaching traffic in the narrow section, not the likelihood of being thrown off by catching a front wheel in the gaps in the road.

Road surface appears to be pretty shredded, 11th May
This area continues to get worse. The uphill side of the road (westbound) is now pockmarked with dents to the road surface, the frequency and size of which are particularly dangerous to cyclists - I've had to swerve through them daily. This has been like this for over a year. I was so hopeful when two repairs were done, but those were further down the hill and ignored this damage. The worst is opposite the junction for the hospital and thorne park way.

Only noticed today. A deep hole (you can see into the drain) about 6 inches across has appeared in the tarmac above a drain which has collapsed previously.
