This van has been parked here for over a week. Not moved once. It makes pulling out of farrant court dangerous as people can't see any cars coming up Balfours. Also for children crossing the road going to or from school.

Dangerous rubbish left on beach, 14th September
Someone has burned pallets on the beach just past the West Esplanade. There are nails and ragged pieces of wood all over that part of the beach and could be very dangerous if stepped upon.

Ash tree appears to have ash dieback and needs attention possible removal, other trees need ivy removing and pruning to make safe and possible removal and replacement. Public toilets LADIES Market Square. Out of order hand washing machine, 25th July
Hand washing facility furthest from entrance not working - green light comes on but no soap dispensed, no water or hot air. Of the three machines, only one working, other has 'Out of order'sign. Inadequate hand washing facility for main public toilets especially with increased summer visitors to the town and Folk Festival imminent.

Suspected abandoned car, 30th June
Mercedes van with a flat rear tyre and no current MOT according to DVLA has been parked in front of my house for two weeks now. The van is in poor condition has a flat tyre and looks to be completely empty. This is affecting access to my house which is undergoing extensive renovation.

TREE PROTECTION ORDER APPLICATION :- An ancient row of Tall Monterey Pine Trees now in several private gardens should be protected as they form an important visual skyline landmark to the history and the growth of Sidmouth which is now a rare unspoiled well preserved Regency coastal town . Sidmouth has a number of historic attractive features to be seen along the Jurassic coastal route. The South West Coastal Path enjoyed by thousands now passes through a Residential area following severe Cliff erosion. As such this now forms an important feature of the public amenity that is an Iconic feature of the gateway to Sidmouth when travelling down Cliff Road on Salcombe Hill in Eastern Town to cross the new river bridge onto the Ham & Esplanade & into the town.
