Dangerous verge drop, 15th February
The verge of this road (from Tipton towards Venn Ottery) has been dangerous for a long time. The drop from the road to the muddy soil is now over 15cm and when two vehicles are passing, the one on the East side of the road is in great danger of dropping into the hole and either severely damaging the vehicle or causing a collision.

Abandoned vehicle obstructing access, 23rd September
This Volvo S40 reg. C8TCN was abandoned approx 6 months ago and is obstructing waste lorry access to Millmoor Lane. The company Suez, responsible for waste, has repeatedly given this as a reason for omitting collections in the Lane e.g. for three of the last five weeks. DVLA have been contacted for owner details with no response received to date.
