There is a large amount of broken/smashed glass bottles on the cycle/public path close to the mix use dog bin/rubbish bin close to Birniehill.To be honest the whole path from the footbridge at Morrisons to the bridge at Birniehill could do with the Schmidt sweeper giving a once over..thanks

This part of the road has had lots of problems, it was skimmed and has had dodgy repairs when it really just needs starting again. Very dangerous this close to a school - cars swerving onto opposite sides to avoid the bigger holes

Grass area not being maintained., 5th October
Factor only responsible up to fence, all area behind fence has not been maintained. Plants were put into the area about 2 years ago however are now dead as grass was left to get overgrown. Grass has only been cut once in the past 7 years.

Missing and damaged fencing., 5th October
Part of the fencing has been removed and not replaced, I believe this was to allow access to the water treatment building but there is now a proper access road for the vehicles. Damaged fencing also needs to be replaced.

Obstructive and dangerous parking on footpath, 18th September
A snack van has opened up in the entrance to this industrial estate which is encouraging careless and dangerous parking due to there being no parking facilities. The roadside and footpath are blocked on a daily basis which impedes people using the path with prams/wheelchairs (there is no path on the opposite side of the road) as well as contributing to near misses.

Sign blocking visibility, 31st August
As sign has been installed on the exit of an industrial estate which makes it almost impossible to see traffic, especially motorbikes coming from the west if turning right out of the estate in an HGV.
I've just done it and it wasn't safe at all.

Public Paths are hazardous!, 10th May
For 3 months on Easton road the pavements have been dug up for new street lighting. The company who is doing the work have made an absolute appalling finishing the tar on pavements, all uneven all the way down Easton towards the mill road. Also deep footprints in some areas you can easily trip over, no sealer on the tarmac in most areas, and some areas dug up and not covered for health and safety. The tar had only been patted down by the back of a hammer!!! This should be seriously looked into, I wouldn't allow my 83 year old mother walk on it with her stroller!
