Freezing water at junction, 8th February
This problem has been reported on numerous occasions but nothing has been done to fix it. Water pools at the junction with Deanburn Gardens and freezes, causing a hazardous situation whereby cars skid on the ice upon entering or leaving Deanburn Gardens. My dad's car skidded out this morning as he entered the junction and my car wouldn't move as I exited the junction going to work. With tonight's freezing temperatures someone is going to have a nasty accident due to the failure to rectify this pooling water by unblocking drains further up the road towards Seafield. They have been blocked for years.

Narrow lane from Cousland Cres Seafield to R. Almond blocked by bushes, 3rd August
One household at the end of Almond View Seafield is allowing their hedging to grow out into the lane unchecked. The lane is narrow anyway and this foliage has taken over a good distance of the lane. Pedestrians can barely get through: a wheelchair or a bike or a baby's pram would have no chance. This needs addressed immediately.
