Dudhope is a lively area known for its vibrant nightlife, with an array of pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants. Coldside is a popular choice for young renters and student shared accommodation, with its close proximity to the University of Dundee and the city centre.

The area boasts a range of public transport options such as buses, taxis and trams which serve each of the neighbourhoods in DD10 and provide easy access to the city centre. Additionally, the postcode is blessed with a coastal park, Riverside Nature Park, which is perfect for stunning walks and bike rides along the river. A diverse range of recreational activities can be found in DD10 with various sports clubs, parks and leisure centres.
