Dog Fouling, 14th January
As my front garden is the only one in the street that is open to the road and has grass, dogs are being allowed to foul on my grass and it is not being picked up. This is an ongoing problem - the most recent incident happened between 12.30am and 11am 13/01/13 right at my front door. I have only once caught someone in the act of letting their dog on my grass and I made it clear it was not acceptable. At this moment in time there 3 piles of excrement on my grass that have been there for varying amounts of time.
