I have reported this twice as it is dangerous. Tourists going to the castle would be unaware of it depth and could cause damage to a vehicle.

Getting worse by the day. It is an accident waiting to happen. It is deep and just looks like a puddle.

Dangerous Pothole, 1st July
On this single track public road there is a massive pothole measuring some 1200mm long, 300mm wide and 150mm deep. If this was filled with rain water it would be invisible to all traffic and could prove lethal to both motor and pedal cyclists. It is also capable of causing serious structural damage to motor vehicles. I reported this to castle personnel who advise they have notified the local authority about it on numerous occasions.
