ACTION: # Crime prevention and security events
# High visibility patrols in hotspot areas
# Use of social media to promote best practice when leaving vehicles unattended.
# Increased public awareness regarding ensuring that vehicles are locked and secured and all valuables are removed if possible or not left in plain sight
# Encourage the use of 101 should members of the public notice people acting suspiciously around vehicles or properties.
# Encourage the use of the Crimestoppers information line in order to anonymously report offenders.
