Severe Deterioration to both WB Lanes - Major fretting, 19th March
Severe deterioration to road surface in both lanes on the approach and around this junction WB, becoming very dangerous for daily motorcycle commute, this section has been getting progressively worse over the last few weeks/month, some recent isolated repairs were undertaken in CL2, however it is clear that both lanes require extensive repairs/resurfacing.

Hi, I'm the manager at the petrol station on the a52 just before the Borrowash by-pass and I've had a lot of complaints about the potholes on the entrance to the site which isn't part of our land, we've had some near misses and some saying its causing damage to there cars so they wont come back and now we are losing business. we have recently had the exit resurfaced by yourselves and was notified about getting the work done we assumed that the entrance was getting done to but its got worst.

Parking opposite junction, 15th August
Continuous parking at the end of Bare Lane, witnessed several near misses as cars pull out of the opposite junction on to the Ridings as cars are in the middle of the road. Saw an elderly lady nearly hit by a car here over the weekend

Road markings/signs faded, 15th August
I am emailing about a dangerously parked vehicle in Borrowash. It parks on Victoria Avenue extremely close to the blind bend of the slip road off of the A52. The car parks outside of number 190 and causes lots of near misses every single day. There are no stopping signs on the road, but they have faded. I am unsure if the owner of the car is aware of this. My biggest concern is that there is going to be a serious accident due to so many people not following the speed limit as they come off of the A52, and not expecting a parked car around a blind bend.

Grass down the side of the A52 from the petrol station to the borrowash junction over grown staff and customer use the grass verge to get to and from the station and is becoming vert dangerous, all other side of the grass verge has been cut but that part has been left

Road surface damaged, 12th June
Road surface has been damaged for over a year. Various large potholes along this stretch of A52 causing vehicles tos serve. Lots of loose broken up tarmac from road surface too which is being flicked up into car windshields .

Large tree overhanging with branches falling, 4th June
Hi Derbyshire Council advised me to contact you regarding a large tree which is overhanging our property and our neighbours property by around 5 meters now. Several of the larger limbs looks about ready to snap, there are regularly quite large parts of it falling off. The tree has been growing larger year on year for the 20 years we have been here. My address is Victoria Avenue, Borrowash Derby DE72 3HG It’s at the bottom of the property. I can send photos if it would help. Thanks for your help.
