Fly tipping in several areas around Haddon Way, 30th March
I have noticed lots of rubbish being dumped on the streets around Haddon Way. In the car park to the right of House Number 1 on Haddon Way, the rubbish has been there for nearly 2 weeks. There is also furniture by the signs number 7- 14, and numbers 38 to 45. These have both been there for a few days.

Constant parking it this junction, 20th March
Van parking at the junction of briar gate to bramble close causing big problems when pulling out from bramble close it's been happening for months and it has caused an accident in the past involving a little girl being knocked off her scooter the driver doesn't live on the streets named.

On the left side of the A52 Bank over the fence as you turn up to Hall Farm off Breaston Lane DE72 3TT, I work for Erewash Borough Council and the complaint came through to me. I've done a land search and this is on National Highways land, thank you

Blocked drain, 15th February
Severn Trent Water customer reported leak in verge by the side of the M1. I have excavated on visible water and uncovered an old manhole cover which is not on our system. I believe this asset to be property of National Highways. Water overflowing from cover into ditch.

This van belongs to a local resident of Melbourne Court. There is a car park for residents near Haddon way park. (Which is a couple of minutes away). The owner parks on pavements and on corner of junctions.

Very large, deep potholes on both sides of the road immediately after the level crossing direction Breaston. Road vergeside being some 1.5mtrs long, 50cm wide and 15cm deep. Opposite direction Sawley, being 1mtr long, 35cm wide and 12.5cm deep, 27th January
Pothole has been here for at least three months after previous repair disintigrated. Now causing traffic to swerve across road to avoid, holding up both ways to oncoming traffic. Potential major incident as traffic tails back waiting to negotiate after tailback following train crossing.

Descending the M1 road bridge, direction Draycott - Large, deep pothole adjacent road drain - approx 40cm long, 15cm wide, 10cm deep at the outermost edge of the road drain, 26th January
This pothole came to notice about four weeks ago and has deteriorated significantly since that time. When seen, vehicles are now swerving over the centre white line to avoid it. The pothole is now significant and likely to cause damage to vehicles and presents a significant danger to Cyclists and Motorcycle riders.
