Grass cutting, 30th May
Very disappointed to see the verges cut too short. These verges were stunning with ox eye daisies and hawkbit and have now been reduced to stubble.
The verges are a lifeline to our pollinators and other wildlife and the flowers were not obstructing visibility.
1. Please can mowing be avoided until the end of July.
2. Please can the litter be collected when contractors are working on the verge, rather than being left to blow about on the carriageways.

Slip road to the services is awful, it continues all the way round to the island, when leaving the services the potholes are even worse. Reported to welcome break but no responce treated with disregard seems like there just sweating there assets

Very large potholes on exit of a50 into services, 14th December
Numerous large, deep and dangerous potholes across exit slip off A50 into Welcome Break services (west bound carriageway) close to service road R/A. Been like this for many months and not fixed

Gutters and drains full of leaves, 5th December
There are many trees at the junction of Willow Park Way. The amount of leaves dropped are making the pavement and road hazardous. Also drains are full of leaves. I don’t think the road has been cleaned for over two years.

National Highways keep getting reports of this pothole on this slip road. We have tried passing it to our service provider for this area and they have advised they do not maintain this slip road.

Loose metal plate found jutting into carriageway, 23rd July
On the right hand side of the road as you exit Shardlow over the A50 bridge towards Aston on Trent there is a loose metal plate. I repositioned the loose plate as it was jutting into the road by around 6 inches. It seems its fixing bolts are broken.

Potholes on the road from Aston on Trent to the A516 junction at Cuttle Bridge, 12th May
There are multiple potholes along the road from the Post Office junction in Aston on Trent all the way through Weston on Trent and onward to the A516 junction at Cuttle Bridge. These holes and collapsed filled roadworks across the road are too numerous to individually report and need a team to come along and systematically work to fix them.
Note that some are becoming large enough to start to be a serious risk to both cyclists who use the route in their hundreds and also to motorists who may swerve to avoid them and thereby become a hazard to themselves or other road users.

Blocked drain, 29th March
Blocked drain on the top of the hill opposite Woodside, causing water to run down the hill, and breaking up the road surface, this problem has been report several times since Christmas , the road surface now has potholes, which will also need to be fixed, once the drain is clear

Incorrect dropped curb, 10th June
The dropped curb at the North side on King's Mill Lane is not dropped sufficiently, leaving a several inch step remaining. The curb either needs lowering correctly or the tarmac raising to make this match the other side of the road where the dropped curb is correct.

Deep pothole a short distance passed the farm gateway as you travel from Aston to Chellaston., 29th January
This pothole has been there for a few weeks and is rapidly getting worse with the increase in traffic caused by the road closure on the A514.

These have been there for weeks now and it is very difficult to get through without going through them. On one side the pothole is particularly bad and punctured my tyre.
