Obstruction of waste bins on pavement, 28th March
5 bins are CONSTANTLY left on the pavement throughout the year causing obstruction to pedestrians. To add to the problem there is a white box on this part of the pavement which allows cars to park 2 wheels on there. The pavement is so narrow too!
I’m sure it is Bexley councils policy all bins are to be removed from the pavement after collection. It just seems residents of this road don’t realise this!
Hope you can help with problem.
