There is a skip outside a pending shop in Sandford road bexleyheath and is overflowing and litter has disbursed across pavement. Also lots of dumped material next to this skip.

Tree Dangerously Overhanging Property, 25th April
This is a well established tree outside 22 Tudor Walk, the tree is dangerously overhanging the property and there is a fear of the branches falling into the garden fence and causing substantial amount of damage to the property. Thgis issue has been ongoing for a while and upon my site visit, does need to be cut back to stop the overhanging.

Dog Fouling, 25th April
This person has been constantly letting their dog foul on this piece of pavement near my house and car. I have not been able to catch them as there is a constant stream of people going to and from the school at the bottom of the road. I have no idea when this is happening. I have to dodge the poo to be able to get to my car and unload my shopping. Its disgusting and dangerous for me if I dont see it and slip!

Potential abandoned car, 25th April
Car has been parked in a spot no one usually parks. Hasn't been touched for more than a week. It's location is causing traffic issues with a lot of near misses (someone has hit the side mirror off) Its also restricting safe parking for residents.

Dumped boiler takenapart (metal & bits piled up), 25th April
Resident reporting there is a boiler outside in between No 36 & 38 on the pavement. It has been taken apart however there are sharp metal & other bits piled up) It is on the opposite side of the cemetery leading to the Broadway. This walkway is used by pedestrians every day. Please could someone look into this to get this cleared

Call blocking roads, 25th April
Car has been parked at the entrance to the dead end street for 6 to 8 weeks now and it is none of the residents who live here and everyone has to keep driving up and down the pavement to get past it. Bin lorries are also obstruction

Dumped 2 seetee's (2 & 3 seater) with cushions & old suitcase, 25th April
Resident reporting outside No 43 (Friends for Bexley) dumped 2 & 3 seater sofa with cushions & old suitcase. Please could some one look into this & get this removed they are on the pavement by the wall. It is on a busy road & the shop owner can't put their own items out against the wall the shop pays a licence for this.

Drainage water flowing onto pavement, 24th April
There is a drainage issue at 7-10 St Michael's Rise on Okehampton Crescent. There is some kind of drainage that is constantly overflowing and flowing onto and across the pavement. This is now forming algae and becoming a slip hazard. This has been an issue for several months now. I was unsure how to report this properly as it is coming from a private property, but it is across the entire width of the pavement

Traffic sign, 24th April
Works being carried out in Chruch road leading into Belvedered road. Jnc Queen Street Street sign Diversions sign ends and traffic including emergency vehicles are driving down the road and having to turn round as end of Church road you cannot go into the Broadway no entrance blocked.
This is dangerous and needs to be looked at asap.

Animal fouling on flat roof, 24th April
Moved into a property where there is a immense amount of animal fouling on the shared flat roof (not mine). Not sure which tenant is letting their animal out but its disgusting and need clearing ASAP. Issues with the flat roof holding water and not being able to drain away which is also creating mould.

Abandoned car, 24th April
Abandoned car at the r/o Vets4Pets in private resident parking space (278a Sherwood Park Av.) Previous tenant report at the beginning of Feb but the car is still there. Checked DVLA it is taxed but no MOT. Has not moved/been touched in 3 months. Car is not in great condition, missing wingmirror/window trim and just generally in bad condition. Please remove ASAP. O/S SHOP No 126 (BOILERS R US DUMPED CONES,BARRIERS& ROAD SIGNS, 24th April
Resident reporting after road works were carried out there are 6 cones, 8 Road Signs floor standing & 2 barriers left behind by the engineers. They are left behind on the pavement & are an obstruction to get vehicles on & off the driveway. Please could someone look into this & get them taken away
