Dropped Drain, 4th March
Today, 04/03/24, dropped drain in ground, left hand side into Cherry Trees from Church Road. Avoided another car on opposite side of the kerb but couldn't avoid this. Damaged tyre down to the webbing, which had to be replaced instantly due to deflation (£70), see photo. Reported it to the Council who will take 28 days to look at it. Chance will be a fine thing.

Overgrown vegetation, 21st June
The path from the car parking and garage area leading to the houses 84-90 caling croft, is become difficult to use due to the bushes being severely overgrown either side, can only walk one person at a time and unsafe for children or buggy ect

Overhanging vegatation, 28th July
The foot path from the car park down the side of 84 Caling Croft is overgrown each side with the bushes making it difficult to walk down without getting scatched by the twigs

Please install some parking prevention bollards by co op on essex road, 7th September
Every day I walk along that footpath and there are always these lazy people who cannot be bothered to park in marked Bayes and park on pavement to not have to inconvenience themselves walking there is a village car park just 2 minute walk but most choose to cause obstructing on pavement it's really frustrating squeezing past the cars especially for people on wheel chairs. This issue has been ongoing for ages. Because of lack of enforcement people don't care about the double yellows best prevention is to install some bollards please.

Motor cycles, quad bikes & electric scooters being driven on pedestrian areas., 25th February
Off road motor bikes, quad bikes and electric sccoters are regularly being driven on the roads and footpaths around Farm Holt & Caling Croft.
The motor bikes and quad bikes are also being riden on the North Field and in Barnets Wood.
In the future this issue will be repoted to the Police everytime it occurs.

Two vehicles often park in the T-junction of Farm Holt and Church Road, 25th February
The position of these two parked vehicals causes visibilty problems for any drivers attempting to pull out of Farm Holt onto Church Road. In order to see any traffic coming from the East along Church road any vehical attempting to join Church Road has to pull out slighly into Church Road to check for traffic. It has been reported that the vehical owners live in another local housing estate which is located on the oposite side of Church Road away from Farm Holt.

This vehicle has changed location since being reported two days ago. It is regularly being driven on public roads but is declared SORN and has no MOT. It moves from carpark to carpark on the Farm Holt estate on a weekly basis.
