63 Bowman street has a serious over hanging budlia and ivy

The over grown front garden of 63 Bowman street Darlington is getting worse. It covers my house 61 Bowman street. I have to pay to remove his ivy. It covers my bedroom window and is coming into my roof. It is growing inside his house. I've tried the council and the tenant who is being difficult. I dont know who the landlord is. But they should be worried about the state of the property.

On the corner of my road Hopetown lane and Annes terrace . the cars come road t corner to fast and turn road when they now they have made mistake i am the landlord of the builders arms and we had a elderly man nocked over by a uber driver when he was crossing the road the cars don't slow down some times i have spoke to people and they all have said something needs to be done the old man that was nocked over is in rehab because his bone below his knee was shattered and people sometimes scared to cross because of the way they come round the corner
