Lots of piles of dog muck on this path, 21st February

Wed, 21 Feb 2024 11:01:46 +0000
54.529618 -1.549851

Walked from chestnut road car park to imagizone today and the 3 year old practically had an obstacle course to get round some of the piles of dog muck. Not blaming anyone but the dog walkers but some of them must be walking bears with the size of the jobbies on this path. Would be great if it could be sorted as itís a path used a lot by kids too young to watch out for it

This car in photo is clearly parked on kerb obstructing the pavement. It is also parked in the middle of a 2 car bay between double yellow lines obstructing any one else who wishes to park without parking illegally on double yellow lines. This corner is getting very dangerous especially when corporation street school finishes with parents parking right on the corners of streets making it very dangerous for children heading home.

Mercedes van parked causing a blind-spot, 8th November

Wed, 08 Nov 2023 16:59:14 +0000
54.554499 -1.552904

I'd like to draw attention to a recurring issue involving a Mercedes van that is regularly parked at the intersection of Camborne Drive and the beginning of Helston Close. The consistent presence of this van is causing a potential safety hazard as it obstructs the view, leading to near accidents. A significant number of residents in our area share these concerns, as this parked van creates a blind spot for drivers trying to navigate in and out of Helston Close. As a resident of Helston Close, the constant presence of the Mercedes van at the Camborne Drive junction leaves me consistently apprehensive about the potential risks. We kindly request that the parking of this van in this specific location be reconsidered. Our collective safety is at risk, and we hope that taking action now can help avert any potential accidents that may result from this ongoing issue.
