Gas works have been underway on Miles Road for the last five weeks or so. As part of this work, a couple of weeks ago, large metal plates were laid onto the main road. I assume to cover up a hole in the road. Every time a car drives over these plates it creates a very loud clunking noise. Despite windows and doors being closed, this noise is still loud and is causing immense disturbance inside my home. Miles Road is a busy road and I am fed up of my sleep being disrupted. Please remove these metal plates as a matter of urgency.

The car's bonnet looks broken, as it isn't shut due to a possible crash? Large crack in the windscreen. Looks like all the hallmarks of a vehicle dumped, as it's old and would be now subject to ULEZ so not cost effective to now drive in and around London perhaps?
