Bin needs replacing on Doe Bank Lane, 22nd April
The bin on Doe Bank Lane by the side of Langar Aid needs replacing as the top has been burned and has a large melted hole in it. People are piling litter on top of the hole and it is falling off onto the floor, although this may help if the bin was emptied more frequently and if Langar Aid provided bins for their customers to dispose of their food containers and disposable cups!

Rubbish/fly tipping has been put in the grit bin on Abbotts Lane. Grit bin is full but don’t know if there’s any grit in it as all you can see is the fly tipping in there. As you drive down Abbotts Lane the grit bin is in the right before you get to the Linear Park.

Woodland flooding from broken pipe, 14th April
For several weeks now there has been a large amount of flooding in hearsall woods. I know that the weather has been very wet which explains some of the flooding but on the path between the wood, there is water constantly flowing like a pipe has bust. Can this be checked out as if a pipe has bust this could cause potential tree failure and danger to the public.

Missed rubbish collection, 9th April
A complaint regarding the failure to collect my rubbish bin on 9.4.24. As a responsible citizen paying council tax like every other member of the community, I expect timely and consistent waste management services from the council.
On the scheduled collection day, I duly placed my rubbish bin outside for collection. However, to my dismay, it was not picked up as per the usual routine. This lapse in service has resulted in an inconvenience for me as my bin is now full and will remain so for the next two weeks until the next scheduled collection.
While I understand that occasional disruptions in service may occur, it is unacceptable that such disruptions are not promptly addressed. It is imperative that the council ensures the timely and reliable collection of waste, especially considering the health and sanitation concerns associated with overflowing bins.
I request that the council take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that my bin is collected on the next scheduled collection day without fail. Additionally, I would appreciate a clarification regarding the cause of the missed collection and measures being taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
In the meantime, I am left with no choice but to manage the overflow of waste in my bin, which poses a nuisance and potential health hazard to myself and my neighbors. This is not an acceptable situation for a taxpayer who fulfils their obligations diligently.

Fly tipping on pavement outside The Grapes on Bridgeman Rd, 8th April
Sofa, tubs of paint and other bits fly tipped on Bridgeman Road outside The Grapes. There were sofa cushions on the pavement round the corner in Fynford Road that I have cleared and put on the sofa so it’s all together.
